Vaporesso Xros 3 Pod Kit

The Xros range has been one of Vaporesso's most successful ranges to date. The release of the Xros 3 brings us improved performance in a more futuristic-looking design.

When in hand, you can really tell that the Xros 3 is made of premium materials as it has a good bit of weight to it. This is partially down to the very large 1000mAh battery which sits neatly within the aluminium alloy shell. Pod kits with 1000mAh batteries are hard to find so the Xros 3 is amazing when it comes to battery life as it can provide up to 2 days of MTL (mouth-to-lung) vaping. Charge the plentiful battery using the USB-C cable provided and be back up and running again in around 30 minutes.

Designed with beginner vapers in mind, Vaporesso filled the device with convenient features such as inhale activation which means that you do not have to hold the button to vape but simply inhale and the device will fire automatically. Seasoned MTL vapers will also appreciate the immense performance of this well-designed pod kit as it includes adjustable airflow which, when fully closed, really does provide a tight MTL pull which again, is quite rare to see. The airflow allows for RDTL (restricted direct-to-lung) when fully open and works best with the updated 0.6Ω Mesh Pod.

Compatible with the full range of Xros Pods, you can pick and choose between 4 pod types which suffice for MTL and RDTL vaping, depending on the resistance. All pods feature a mesh coil design to heighten flavour production and provide a consistently satisfying throat hit. Snap the mouthpiece off to the side to reveal the fill port and fill your pod up with up to 2ml of e-liquid. Once a coil has burned out, replace the whole pod with a new one as the coils are non-removable.

The Xros 3 is ultra-functional thanks to the single multi-purpose button which turns the device on/off (5 quick clicks) and fires the coil (hold). An LED light is situated near the base of the device and depending on the colour it is shining, it will let you know how much battery you have left or if there are any issues with the device such as a connection issue or even if the device has been firing for too long.

On the reverse side of the Xros 3 Pod Kit, you will find an airflow adjuster which you can slide left or right to precisely tailor the pull tightness to your preference. Fully closed airflow caters for tight MTL vaping and fully open can provide a slightly restricted DTL experience. 

Vaporesso's AXON is an industry-leading smart chip which creates what is called pulse mode. In simple terms, the device will pulse the power to the coil instead of providing a constant surge of power. This helps with battery life as well as coil longevity and is the sole reason that you can get up to 48 hours of consistent usage from the Xros 3 Pod Kit.

Based on the 0.6Ω Pod, research shows that a whopping 20 days can go by without you having the need to replace the pod. That is crazy! A combination of perfected mesh and COREX cotton increases the pod's life span by 50% by allowing more e-liquid to be absorbed in a shorter amount of time.

A super bright LED will flash between several colours when you take a pull and will indicate the amount of charge that is left in the battery. When charging, unplug the device when the LED turns solid green.
